Return and exchange policy

As a small business dedicated to creating straw jewelry, we value a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes an item isn't quite what you expected. Although we do not offer refunds, we have implemented a flexible exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

DURATION OF THE EXCHANGE:

You have 30 days after delivery to exchange any item that does not suit you.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY:

- For damaged or defective items: If you receive damaged jewelry, we will replace it free of charge, under conditions*. This includes jewelry that has suffered damage in transit or has manufacturing defects such as broken clasps. A "defect" does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by use.

- For missing items: Contact us for a quick replacement or store credit.

- For personalized creations: These unique pieces are not eligible for a return, unless they present a defect.

- Costs at your expense: Return costs are your responsibility. However, we have carefully optimized our packaging to minimize cost.

*Additional condition for Products Damaged by Delivery:

- Proof of Damage: If a damaged product is received, the customer must provide proof in the form of clear photographs showing the damage to the product as well as the condition of the packaging upon arrival. These photos must be sent by email within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

- Evaluation: We will evaluate the evidence provided to determine whether the damage occurred during the delivery process. If the damage is judged to be consistent with a defective delivery situation, we will replace the product.

YOUR OPTIONS IN CASE OF RETURN:

  • Exchange: Choose another piece of jewelry from our collection. If the new jewelry has a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference.
  • Boutique Credit: Receive credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used on our site without expiration.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU RETURN:

- Condition of the product: The jewelry must be unworn and in perfect condition.

- Return costs: At your expense, but rest assured, we have optimized our packaging for economical returns.

- Packaging: Use the original packaging for returns. We cannot cover transport damage during return.

- Responsibility: In the event of loss or non-receipt of the returned package, we cannot be held responsible.

- Customs: For international returns, clearly indicate "return of merchandise without commercial value" on any customs form, to avoid unexpected charges.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Contact us with your order number and your request.
  2. Receive return instructions by email within 24 hours.
  3. Return the item according to these instructions.

AFTER RETURN:

  1. Inspection: We check that the returned jewelry is in good condition.
  2. Processing: We process your exchange or credit quickly.
  3. Finalization: For an exchange, we will provide you with details for payment of additional costs and shipping of the new jewelry.

USE OF GIFT CARDS:

- Purchase and Offer: Available for purchase, they can be offered to your loved ones.

- Use: Use the unique code when paying online.

- Balance Check: Check the balance of your gift card via the link in the purchase email.
