What are your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made from high quality French rye straw, glued to wooden supports. The primers used are hypoallergenic to guarantee the comfort of all our customers.

Is the jewelry comfortable to wear?

Yes, our jewelry is designed to be lightweight and comfortable, perfect for everyday wear.

Is your jewelry unique or mass produced?

Each piece is unique because the natural variations of rye straw make each creation different.

Do the jewelry colors online match exactly what I will receive?

Images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the uniqueness of each piece.

Is rye straw jewelry sustainable?

Yes, our straw jewelry is carefully designed to ensure durability and strength, while maintaining its natural elegance. However, it is necessary to take some usual precautions.

Does jewelry color fade over time?

In order not to alter the color, we advise you not to permanently expose your jewelry to the sun's rays. As a natural living material, rye straw changes color over time, it will darken naturally.

Does this type of jewelry require specific maintenance?

A soft damp cloth is usually sufficient. Do not use chemical cleaners.

Is the jewelry water resistant?

They are not designed to be submerged in water. Avoid wearing them during water activities. If your jewelry becomes damp, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.

Orders and delivery

How long does it take to prepare an order before shipping?

Our jewelry is created to order. Order preparation usually takes 1-3 business days before shipping.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering. After this period, the order is considered final.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international delivery. Delivery costs and times vary depending on destination. International customers may be subject to customs fees or taxes depending on their country's regulations.

Exchange and Gift Card

What are the criteria to be eligible for an exchange?

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging, within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if the item I want to exchange is no longer in stock?

If the item you want is no longer available, do not hesitate to send us an email with your request. We create our jewelry to order, at no additional cost. If we cannot remake the item, we will offer you an exchange with another product or a gift card for the same amount.

Do exchanges come with additional fees?

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will have to pay the difference. Unless there is an error on our part, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How does the gift card work for returns?

If you choose to return your item for a gift card, we will send you a card for the amount equivalent to your original purchase. Our gift cards do not expire, you can use them whenever you want for any purchase on our site.
